Island life in Thailand runs on WhatsApp groups, word of mouth, and cash-in-hand. Getting a plumber on Koh Samui means asking your villa manager, who asks their contact, who might show up. No pricing transparency, no accountability, no booking system.

KohWork is a hyperlocal service marketplace designed for this reality — not imported from Silicon Valley, but built for Thai island constraints.

The Team

KohWork features the deepest Agentic Emergence applied to a product team — 5 emerged agents plus a full CTO emergence (37 files, 14 layers):

The Progress

Phase 1 (Foundation) is complete with 12 execution plans and full UAT. Key features:
