The Architecture
AriaOS is the Context-First methodology made accessible. It's a multi-tenant platform where any brand can install a BIOS, emerge AI agents, and run autonomous commerce operations.
The core architecture enables:
- Dynamic agent creation per tenant — N agents per brand, not hardcoded
- 3 operating modes: Manual → Co-pilot → Full Auto
- 5-tier earned autonomy: Observer → Apprentice → Specialist → Strategist → Sovereign
- Constitutional governance — validates every action against brand rules

The System
The ARIA Orchestrator loop implements conflict detection and escalation. The constitutional governance engine validates agent actions against brand-defined rules and boundaries. The content pipeline features a 9-stage visualizer with calendar integration.
