AriaOS — The Platform

AriaOS IS the methodology as a product. When it launches, any brand will be able to install a BIOS, emerge agents, and run autonomous commerce — without needing a technical founder.
Emmalish — The SaaS Play

KohWork — The Cultural Test
Status: Building, Phase 1 complete What's proven: Flutter architecture, dual-persona auth, Thai-aware UX, 5 emerged agents What's next: Songkran launch (April 13, 2026) — the biggest tourism festival in Thailand
KohWork is the most ambitious cultural translation of the methodology. Mobile-first, non-English, cash-economy marketplace — as far from Silicon Valley assumptions as possible.
